SHOULD I EAT MORE CARBS OR FATS?

We all want to lose weight and/or lose fat, but we can’t make it happen if we keep eating the amount of carbs and fats found in today’s “typical” diet.  Gaining lean muscle mass, losing fat, and getting results is all about knowing how much fat and carbs we can handle.

The simple truth is we are all different and we therefor all respond differently to what we put in our mouths.  The trick is to start listening to your body and start learning what you, as an individual, can handle in terms of carbs and fats.
