Tony Horton and Beach Body really did a spectacular job when creating the P90X/P90X2 eating plans. The only complaint is that the food can get a little pricey (but eating healthy always is…that’s part of the American-Diet problem!). If you stick to the eating plans and the workouts (in other words, the program) you will get the desired results period!
Not only will you have a noticible amount of more energy but you’ll feel thinner because you find yourself never feeling bloated.
Though it is hard to believe – IT’S TRUE. I LOVE TO EAT and there is nothing in these food plans that made me wish I was eating something else. As a matter of fact, I found myself excited about eating my next meal.
In a matter of days you’ll feel a thousand times better! Not only will you have a noticible amount of more energy but you’ll feel thinner because you find yourself never feeling bloated….and when you realize how good you’re feeling you’ll find yourself not wanting any of the old foods you used to eat…and that’s when you’re LIFESTYLE CHANGE really starts to take place!
The plans consist of 3 different phases which are tailored to your current weight and overall goal. The truly great thing about the P90X plans is that, as your goals change, it is extremely easy to change your eating plan – you just add or remove calories, but the eating style remains the same!
