    1st things 1st – do your homework. Visit www.LEANGAINS.com and read about what you’re getting into.

  • MINDSET

    To really change your lifestyle you first have to get your mind right!  Forget what you think you know about eating – you’re most likely wrong!  Now, I mean no disrespect, but all signs point to us being duked by marketing schemes and the “science” made to back them up.  The truth is, the American Diet is plain and simply BAD for us and does nothing but add to our obesity epidemic…but that’s another story for another day.  The point here is to be open minded and willing to change your life!  But, to do that, you must first get your mindset in the right place and the results will follow!

  • REACH YOU GOAL

    I would highly recommend sticking to your total caloric intake range (losing or gaining weight) until you reach you target weight. Once you’ve reached your goal you can throw calorie counting out the window – BUT YOU MUST REACH YOUR GOAL FIRST! If you stick to your caloric intake range while using LeanGains to reach your goal you will reach you goal in weeks as opposed to months – and then calorie counting will be a thing of the past because your new lifestyle wont need it!

  • HEAVY WEIGHTS

    Forget about the more reps for more definition rule – that is old-school thinking that has been proven false. To get the results you want, size or definition, you’ll have to go heavy – no more than 8 reps total. You’ll have to learn to live in the 5-8 range. And if you want size, you’ll have to follow the Muscle Gain eating plan WHILE STICKING TO THE HEAVY WEIGHTS. And, you guessed it, if you want to lose weight or size then you’ll have to follow the Weight Loss eating plan WHILE STICKING TO THE HEAVY WEIGHTS.
    So, just to drive the point home – STICK TO THE HEAVY WEIGHTS!
