This is the upper-body-stabilizing muscles back to back to back. This is a very good workout filled with push move after push move. No matter what you my think about biceps, if you want to look good in a tank top this is the routine for you (the triceps are 75% of your arm!). In my opinion, this is one of the best workouts in the program.
