Lower because it applies here too. “I can’t even begin to tell you how difficult this routine can be if you go at it 100%. Yeah it gets easier every time, but easier than the hardest routine ever is still harder than anything I had ever done. Don’t let the first set foul you – it’s not easy! And by the end of the second set you’ll wonder how in the world you are going to finish the next 2…let alone do another 4 sets of another group of exercises that are just as hard.
