CUBAN EGG DROP SOUP (A Keto Egg Diet Recipe)

If you’re thinking about starting the keto egg diet (aka ketogenic egg fast) but can’t think of a unique way to eat them eggs…here’s one way that is hearty, tasty, and doesn’t use butter.  Niña modified this keto egg drop soup from a Cuban recipe her mom used to make when she was a kid.  Give it a try and let us know what you think!



2-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons of Garlic

6 Cups of Water

6 Eggs

2-4 Ounces of Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Salt (to taste)
