Over six years ago I started my weight loss journey with Tony Horton and LeanGains (an intermittent fasting protocol)…and six years later I am still intermittent fasting and working out with Mr. Horton every single day.  In this video I share what I did this past year to stay on track and try to keep pushing both my gym gains, and more importantly, my health (and that includes another year of a ketogenic low carb high fat diet) forward.  A lot of people out there think you can’t gain lean mass (i.e. muscles) while following a ketogenic diet, let alone fasting….I think my results beg to differ.
