“P90X X3. P90X2 IS JUST TOO HARD FOR ME”

A lot of the people I talk to seem a bit timid to give P90X2…and they should, I mean it’s pretty damn hard.  BUT, being that it is pretty damn hard YOU WILL GET pretty damn good results.  Nonetheless, people seem to steer clear of X2.

Most opt for the original P90X or X3. Some people jump straight into X3 while others complete P90X and then skip straight to P90X3…and though they are both great programs, skipping or not doing P90X2 will leave a gap in your fitness.

 

LIFE IS HERE TO KICK YOUR ASS SO KICK YOUR OWN ASS HARDER!

 

I really don’t know what other way to say this, but if you are scared of failure, if you are scared of getting you ass kicked by P90X2, then you will never be the best you you can be.

 

WHY P90X2?

P90X2 is by far the hardest member of the P90X family AND this little fact makes it the most rewarding!

X2 is about obliterating obstacles! Be it mental or physical, X2 prepares you to bust through any and all obstacles that stand between you and your goal. It does this by setting you up for failure…and that’s a good thing!

 

If you start at the bottom then you have nowhere to go but up!

 

Think about it for a minute. Seriously, if you are the worst player on your team then you are strategically put in the optimal position of making the most progress.

Like the Braves in the early 90’s…

 

FROM WORST TO FIRST

Yeah at the start of P90X2 you might feel like, and actually be, a stumbling fool, BUT SO WHAT!

As I have mentioned countless times on this site, the more you do the better you’ll get – this is a fact of life…a fact far too many people don’t take advantage of.

So, who the hell cares if you’re the worst…as long as you remember two things;

  1. There is always someone worse than you (and better than you)
  2. IF YOU JUST TRY YOU WILL IMPROVE…and then you won’t be the worst.

 

KICK YOUR OWN ASS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS

The fact of life is that we have to keep moving forward. We can’t live in the past and we can’t stay the same forever – we can either become better or worse off…and life sure as hell isn’t here to help you get better.  The hardest fact of life is that life and nature (i.e., the universe), are here to kick our ass!  BUT, if we kick our own asses harder life’s foot will seem like nothing more than a mere sport’s pat telling you, “Good game – keep it up!”

So, now that you know you should kick your own ass, stay tuned for our next post when we’ll share the best approach to making sure you can actually kick your own ass successfully…if this isn’t a self-help post I don’t know what is…right?!
