My 5 year weight loss update – i.e., how I’ve been able to maintain long-term weight loss success after first completing P90X and starting Intermittent Fasting (now known as Timed Restricted Feeding / Fasting).
It’s taken 5 years, and there were certainly ups and downs, but I am finally in a different statistical bracket – the few that actually achieve long-term weight loss…as opposed to the large number of people that, unfortunately, regain the weight they lost…and, sometimes, then some. 5 years ago I was lucky enough to find Tony Horton, LeanGains, and Intermittent Fasting and it for ever changed my life. Now, 5 years later, and having followed a Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet mixed in with a Ketogenic (Ketosis) eating approach, I think I’ve found the perfect way to have my cake and eat it too…as long as that cake is made of butter 🙂
Nevertheless, in this Vlog I share what I’ve learned, what I’ve done, and what I think will help everyone reach their own long term goals – especially when it comes to weight loss.
