Weight loss is not a one-size fits all. I’ve learned that the hard way.

Over the years I have tried a number of diets that work…that is until they stop.  Our bodies adjust and, unfortunately, therefore we must adjust accordingly.

In an attempt to keep adjusting, over the last 4 years I’ve tried a number of diets/eating plans that helped me lose and keep off over 80 pounds.  Yeah, there were ups and downs and even a year-long weight-loss plateau, but I’ve tried a number of approaches and eating plans that helped me bust through the plateau and, best of all, never look back.

There are countless diets and eating plans out there, and I am not saying the ones I cover in this video blog series will work for you, but I AM SAYING THAT THERE IS SOMETHING THAT WILL WORK – YOU JUST HAVE TO FIND IT!

In this series I share what diets / eating plans I have used over the last 4 years – plans that eventually changed my life and lifestyle…eating plans that took me from hypertension / high blood pressure and high cholesterol to a high fit lifestyle…a lifestyle anyone can attain!
