THE MAGIC OF WEIGHT LOSS – WHERE DOES IT GO?

IT’S MAGIC, RIGHT?

Yeah, we all know we “burn fat”, “lose fat”, “get rid of fat”, or whatever other terminology you use or are used to hearing…but where does it actually go…?

Most of us know that energy is not created nor destroyed – in our splendid universe energy is conserved.

So, tell me my friends, where does our fat go…?

Let’s think about this for a minute. How many people do you think are out there losing weight at this very minute? I mean the number’s got to be significant right? If not now, think about the number a few months ago – right as most American’s were getting ready for the beach? Or, what about, 9 months ago when most of the world was focusing on getting into shape for the New Year, how much fat was getting lost then?

WE ALL KNOW WHERE FAT COMES FROM…BUT WHERE DOES IT GO TO?

If you know me you know that there are very few things I love more in this world than a perfectly cooked, perfectly topped, perfectly bunned (I know that is not a word…it means a perfect bun) cheeseburger with perfectly cut fresh french fries, a shake, and a nice big glass of Coca-Cola. And, anyone that knows anything about calories, carbohydrates, and fats know that items like these are precisely where the fat stores in our bodies come from.  In other words, we all know that the food and drinks we consume account for the fat we’d all like to lose. This part of the equation is pretty much known because we see it, touch it, feel it, chew it, taste it, and eventually swallow it….and though we see it leave our body we typically see it stay too…and that’s when we realize it’s time to make it go away, i.e., lose it!

So, there we are, looking at our fat stores growing as we see our new belly roll, our jeans fit tighter, our shirts shrinking, our hips widening…and so on and so forth. And we all think the same thing, “time to start losing weight…time to start burning fat…time to get rid of this…”

And so we all start doing what we know “burns fat” – we all start exercising.

We exercise because it is a universal law that if we exercise and “burn more calories” than we eat we will lose the weight…and this is all very true…but I ask you once more…

…Where can we find that weight we lost?

LOST AND FOUND – WEIGHT LOSS!

I’d love to tell you the secret but I’d rather you hear it and see it for yourself.

A few weeks ago I came across this video and was pretty impressed with it…so much so I decided to write about, and share, it here. I could tell you where you could find your lost weight, but it’s much more interesting to see it for yourself.

So, without further ado,
