“I Hate Counting Calories?” 

Of course, none of us want to constantly be tracking what we eat.  No matter how handy your new app my be, constantly counting, tracking, and/or measuring our nutritional and/or caloric intake can be a huge pain in the a$$…and a deterrent when it comes to taking control of our diets.


Hell, constantly counting, measuring, or tracking calories is no way to live!


But, if you want to start living better, the simple truth is, you should probably count your calories…at least for a few months anyways.
